When will my Aurora Crate ship?
Subscription boxes are dispatched between the 15th and 20th of every month. Once your crate leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is included in each month's theme?
Each Aurora Crate features a newly released hardcover book, 3-5 bookish lifestyle items, and exclusive author content curated to fit our monthly aesthetic.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Please ensure changes are made before the 1st of the month to avoid being billed for the next cycle.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, and select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your book or any lifestyle items arrive damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
How do I update my shipping address or payment method?
You can update your shipping details and payment information by logging into your Aurora Crate account and selecting 'Manage Subscriptions'.
